Domain-type soul skills are the cream of the crop among soul skills. Generally, they only appear at the Title Douluo level, as the ninth soul skill, and even then, only one in ten have it. There are several other ways to obtain them: an exceptionally powerful soul bone might possess a domain skill (like Huo Yuhao’s Ice Emperor torso bone), a special method like being granted one from a deity after completing the Hell Road in the Slaughter City, or a Martial Soul fusion technique, like the Chrysanthemum Ghost from the Martial Soul Temple. But these are just domains, not innate domains.

Innate domains are innate abilities of a Martial Soul; they are not soul ring skills, soul bone skills, or Martial Soul fusion techniques. As long as soul power is sufficient, they can be used at any time. Within one’s own domain, one’s strength is amplified, and the opponent’s strength is suppressed. If used correctly, the effect is extremely terrifying. Only Martial Souls of extremely high quality can possess innate domains.

Nan Feihuang recalled that among top-tier Martial Souls with innate domains, only a few existed – Bibi Dong, Chen Xin, Hai Long Douluo, and a few others.
