Monster Arc Conclusion

The Monster arc is finally over, so let’s do a quick recap.

I feel pretty good about the Eternal Donkey (referring to the novel itself or the author’s writing style).

Probably because of the large number of books I’ve been cultivating (referring to writing and publishing multiple novels), the concurrent readership dropped quite a bit (T^T), I won’t go into specifics, but it was a significant drop.

But I think overall, reading it in one go, there aren’t any major flaws.

I’m confident that the concurrent readership will return.

This book’s setting is far more complex and substantial than the last one.

The demons in the previous book were written too vaguely; there weren’t any concrete enemies, and it lacked a certain flair. The journey through the Demon God Sea was too leisurely.

The anomalies in this book are more specific, more terrifying, and more substantial than the demons.

Of course, only by overcoming such strong enemies can you show off more powerfully!

Another point concerns the battle-related scenes.

Many readers only enjoy the show-off scenes and dislike the battle scenes, I know this.

But I had to write some complex, puzzle-solving battles, because a book must be logical.

Without these scenes, this book wouldn’t be able to smoothly progress (and show off).

So far, in both the Demon arc and the Monster arc, I’m quite satisfied with these battle scenes.

They’re even the best battle scenes I’ve written in my writing career.

I also hope that my writing journey will be smooth and I’ll never experience writer’s block!
