Luna said this, and Gu Xi laughed.

“Change, change it immediately. Let’s replace my share first.”

After saying this, Gu Xi looked at Luna, who understood his meaning and pointed to the entrance of the assembly hall.

“Just put them inside. They’ll automatically be converted once inside.”

Gu Xi looked in the direction Luna indicated and found a large wooden chest that had appeared there at some point.

It had blue metal trim, clearly a treasure chest.

With a place to store the Ghostly Qi Pearls, Gu Xi didn’t need to give instructions; the skeletons themselves placed Gu Xi’s share into the wooden chest.

Gu Xi stood before the wooden chest and looked at it, discovering he could see the information inside.

While Gu Xi was checking the resources in the chest, Luna spoke beside him.

“We can only use this for now. Once we have enough resources and build a warehouse, we’ll be able to store more things.”

Gu Xi didn’t say much; he was curious where the wood, stone, and metal in the chest came from.

Then Gu Xi noticed that while cleaning the battlefield, the skeletons had also thrown the roadblocks damaged by the black ghostly shadows into the chest. These were the source of the wood and stone materials.

He thought this was actually a good thing; at least Gu Xi now had materials and wouldn’t have to worry about where to get them.

After putting everything collected from the battlefield into the treasure chest, Gu Xi waved his hand and led the skeletons towards the church.

As they moved in that direction, Luna explained the church’s unusual situation to Gu Xi.

“The churches in Alierdo City are actually built in a front-church-back-cemetery style. Especially the one we’re going to; it’s one of the earliest churches in Alierdo City. I believe the church’s immediate mutation has a reason.”

Gu Xi pondered and said, “Are you suggesting that when the church was replicated, the replication wasn’t complete?”

“Yes, no matter how meticulously they replicated it one-to-one, it’s impossible to perfectly copy everything inside the church. To put it simply, all the graves in the cemetery behind the church are empty,”

Luna explained.

This was exactly what Gu Xi had thought.

But what Luna said next was something Gu Xi hadn’t anticipated.

“Also, in the center of the church, there’s a knight’s stone coffin. This knight is also someone James I couldn’t replicate.”

Gu Xi nodded, “Let alone a knight, even a regular person’s corpse would be impossible to perfectly replicate.”

“No, this knight is Bos.”

“Oh, it’s Bos.” Gu Xi didn’t actually know who Bos was, but since Luna mentioned it, Gu Xi gave her some face.

Gu Xi had heard tales of the Knights of the Round Table, but among them, only three or four had known final resting places; the others’ burial locations were unknown.

The fact that this church had once buried a Knight of the Round Table surprised Gu Xi.

“Tell me, what happened to this church in the end?”

“I don’t know what happened to it. From what I’ve seen, it seems the church was demolished in a certain year, and Sir Bos was moved to Westminster Abbey.”

“Luna, I suddenly have an idea. If, just if, I go to Westminster Abbey in Alierdo City and transport Sir Bos’s body here to our little church, what do you think would happen?”

Luna hadn’t considered Gu Xi’s question.

Previously, she had Gu Xi leave an anchor in Alierdo City to obtain information about and access to other mirrored cities.

But she hadn’t really thought about smuggling in things that weren’t replicated earlier.

Now, hearing Gu Xi, Luna realized.

“Sir, that’s a great idea! We can not only transport Sir Bos’s body, but we can also find the bodies buried behind the church. When the church was demolished, the disposition of these bodies was recorded. As long as we find the bodies, we can bring them here.”

Gu Xi and Luna hadn’t considered the problem of transporting the bodies.

Gu Xi possessed the Death City skill. Once the gate to Alierdo City was built, Gu Xi could open it at any time. Whether it was releasing undead or transporting things, it would be quite convenient.

They were more concerned about whether bringing these bodies in would bring about any changes to the church.

The church wasn’t large. Pushing open the doors, inside were four rows of pews. A stone coffin was placed in the center of the church.

A long sword and a shield rested on the coffin, indicating that a knight was buried there.

Exiting through the side door, one could reach the cemetery behind the church. The tombstones and everything else had been replicated one-to-one, even the coffins, but the bodies couldn’t be replicated, so the entire cemetery was empty.

Others might not be able to tell, but as an Undead Mage, Gu Xi could tell at a glance whether there were bodies in the graves.

Seeing this, Gu Xi couldn’t help but shake his head. It seemed there was a reason why Alierdo City would become a city of the dead.

After circling the church, Gu Xi beckoned to the skeletons behind him.

On the way, Gu Xi had already had the surviving skeletons absorb Ghostly Qi Pearls, barely scraping together twenty level-3 Skeleton Soldiers.

They had been waiting outside while Gu Xi entered the church.

Now, with Gu Xi’s gesture, these Skeleton Soldiers entered the church.

As they stepped inside, skeletons began to appear on the church pews.

At the same time, a string of information popped up before Gu Xi’s eyes.
