Star Rail, My Little Shop on the Train 72
Chapter 72: Young Master: All of you, come at me at once
Several girls rushed through the Teleportation Gate to Liyue.
Xing successfully hailed a “Venti’s ride-sharing service” with a bottle of wine. After reaching Jueyun Karst, Venti would send them to Liyue Harbor.
After the girls left,
Jizi suddenly found Ye Yun.
“Ye Yun, aren’t the materials you used to assemble Clara’s war machine a bit… special?”
Ye Yun nodded.
“Yeah, Clara wanted it, so naturally I gave her the best. For the core, I used one with a super-intelligent system, loaded with a massive amount of combat techniques. The body materials are from a sci-fi world with incredibly advanced technology. Let’s just say, in a one-on-one fight, it could easily take down two Creation Engines without any problems.”
Jizi was speechless.
Ye Yun was *way* too overprotective of Clara!
Creation Engines? Taking down *two* of them?!
Jizi was completely at a loss for words. In her opinion, Clara was the strongest person on Yaliluo VI.
Broniya, Seele, and the others combined couldn’t beat Swaro and Family Number. (Referring to powerful mechs or robots) These two were top-tier in Belobog, of course, excluding Sampo, that tavern owner.
Emerald and Towerpa returned to the battleship to rest.
After Towerpa organized this trip into a table and sent it out, she stretched, lying flat on the sofa.
“Unexpectedly, Aestha appeared out of nowhere.”
Emerald twirled a small spoon in her hand, the spoon rotating evenly along the inside of her teacup.
“At least the result is good. We got every bit of what we were owed back, didn’t we?”
Towerpa nodded. Indeed, at least the debt was settled.
Then, Towerpa suddenly remembered the payment Broniya gave Aestha.
“Hey, Emerald, did you hear? Aestha seemed to say Broniya paid her 10,000 Star Crystals for help. Are Star Crystals that valuable? Aestha’s expression looked like she had struck it rich.”
Emerald looked down at the red tea in her cup, pondering.
This was indeed worth investigating. Star Crystals were everywhere, yet nobody knew their use.
Towerpa suddenly asked.
“Should I go ask Aestha?”
Emerald shook her head.
“No, let’s go find that Great Guardian lady. She should know about this.”
Towerpa agreed.
“Okay, then I’ll go rest. See you tomorrow.”
Emerald nodded slightly.
“See you tomorrow, little Yelena.”
Then, Towerpa turned and went to her room to rest.
In Liyue Harbor,
Venti used his divine power to fly Xing and the other girls to the entrance of Wangsheng Funeral Parlor, then stopped.
“Mission accomplished, I’m off.” Venti said to the girls.
Upon hearing this, Xing grabbed Venti before he could take off.
“Don’t rush off, we need you to send us back later.”
Venti looked reluctant.
“Ah? Didn’t you just say you needed me to take you to Liyue Harbor?”
Xing waved her hand.
“Oh, don’t worry about it. I’ll just add more money, okay? How about I buy you a few more bottles of wine when we get back?”
Hearing this, Venti immediately agreed.
“Hey, Xing, why the formalities? I’d still send you back even without the wine! It’s purely for our friendship, not the wine. I’m off now, don’t let me disturb you. I’m always in Tivat; just call me anytime you need a ride, and I’ll be there.”
Xing nodded in satisfaction.
“Go, go~”
Venti vanished in a gust of wind.
Hutao, Amber, and Eula were puzzled.
Hutao raised her hand.
“Question, Xing, didn’t you say Venti was sending you back? Why did you let him go?”
Xing said casually,
“Don’t worry, Ye Yun told me you can find Venti anywhere outside Mondstadt. And, he’s the Anemo Archon here. What did Ye Yun say? Oh right, a thousand winds are Venti’s eyes and ears.”
March 7th added from the side.
“That’s right, that’s right. So Venti just said we could just call him when we want to go back, that’s why.”
Hutao was dumbfounded.
What?! This drunkard is Mondstadt’s Archon?!
Amber and Eula exchanged glances. Although they didn’t want to admit it, this guy was indeed their god.
“That’s right, Venti is the Anemo Archon of Mondstadt.”
Amber suddenly thought of Barbara in the church. If Barbara knew Venti was the Archon…
Xing suddenly remembered that Zhongli was Hutao’s employee.
“By the way, Hutao, do you know that Zhongli is the Geo Archon?”
Upon hearing this, Hutao’s mind went completely blank.
“What did you say!! My guest is the Rex Lapis?!”
Lumine nodded.
“That’s right, he said it himself after we saved Tartaglia last time, you weren’t there.”
Hutao couldn’t believe it.
“Give me a moment.”
Hutao turned and squatted down, quietly thinking.
March 7th and the other girls didn’t expect that Hutao didn’t know about this. Just as March 7th was about to comfort Hutao, Hutao suddenly stood up.
“Wait!”
March 7th stopped, and the girls looked at Hutao.
Hutao muttered.
“My guest is the Rex Lapis… Whoa! I think I’m getting rich!”
Hutao dashed into Wangsheng Funeral Parlor and found the little girl at the entrance.
“Little sister! Get someone to make some flyers, they must have my guest’s portrait! Yes, that’s right, my guest’s portrait!”
Hutao excitedly rubbed her hands.
“Hee hee~The Rex Lapis works for me, I bet those people will book my services!”
Xing, March 7th, Lumine, Amber, and Eula looked on in astonishment, speechless.
But on second thought, this was probably why Zhongli chose Wangsheng Funeral Parlor. Because, there was Hutao, the funeral parlor owner, who cared about him and didn’t care about his identity.
Afterwards, after preparing their things, the girls set off for Wuwang Hill.
The girls walked down the streets of Liyue Harbor.
Xing and March 7th had never seen Liyue’s architectural style before, looking around curiously.
“March, look over there, that’s actually a place to eat, but it looks like a library.”
March 7th looked in the direction Xing pointed, and it really did.
The place looked full of cultural atmosphere, yet it was a restaurant.
It was late afternoon, the sun setting.
As the girls walked, they reached the longest staircase leading from Yujing Terrace to the docks.
“Wow! The sunset is so beautiful!” Amber exclaimed.
Xing and the other girls nodded in agreement.
In their view,
The market below the stairs was bustling with people, vendors loudly promoting their goods. Behind the market lay a boundless ocean, and the sun was now half-set. The golden sun illuminated the entire sea, its reflection creating a golden expanse. Seagulls hunted in flocks, preparing to return to their nests after eating their fill.
The girls quietly enjoyed the scene for a while, then Hutao led them towards Wuwang Hill.
Behind them, a handsome guy with orange short hair stealthily followed.
That’s right! Our recently recovered Young Master was following Hutao again.
“I hope my luck won’t be so bad this time.”
The Young Master prayed silently, then followed Hutao and the others.
After leaving the Liyue Harbor city area, Hutao released her client from an earthenware jar. This client was emanating dark energy, clearly not accepting his death.
In mere seconds, the client transformed into a vengeful ghost attacking Hutao.
Hutao sighed helplessly.
“Sigh~Why do I always meet clients like you? Why can’t dead people just peacefully move on?”
Hutao took out her Magical Staff and, with lightning speed, pierced the vengeful ghost, dispersing its resentment. Then, she took out a talisman, muttered a few words, and stuck it on the ghost, suppressing it back into the jar.
Hutao hugged the jar.
“I thought it would be easy this time, but it turned out to be another unwilling client. Looks like I’ll have to carry this jar again~”
Hutao had hoped this client would cooperate, making her work easier, but it turned out otherwise.
Xing and the other girls saw this scene for the first time.
Xing thought Hutao was incredibly cool.
“Hutao! Teach me your arts sometime, will you?”
Hutao immediately agreed.
Then, a gust of cold wind blew, and Lumine suddenly saw a dark shadow behind Amber. A man in black jumped out.
“Amber!”
Lumine instantly teleported beside Amber and slashed, killing the attacker.
Seeing this, the girls drew their weapons. Someone had ambushed them!
Eula looked at the man in black slain by Lumine.
“That’s a Fatui debt collector!”
Amber was furious at the mention of the Fatui.
“These Fatui are so annoying!”
As soon as Amber finished speaking, dozens of shadows appeared, all Fatui debt collectors.
Xing immediately took out her flamethrower and created a shield to protect everyone behind her.
At that moment,
The Young Master leaped down from a nearby tree, clapping his hands.
“Not bad, not bad, quick reflexes.”
Xing looked at the Young Master.
“Who are you? Why did you attack Amber?”
The Young Master introduced himself.
“Me? You can call me Young Master.”
Paimon exclaimed,
“Wow, this guy is so narcissistic, he actually wants us to call him Young Master.”
Upon hearing the Young Master’s name, Eula said,
“Young Master? Are you a Fatui Harbinger?”
The Young Master looked at Eula.
“Oh? So there’s someone with knowledge here. I’ll give you a chance; come at me all at once, to prevent anyone from saying I’m bullying you.”
The girls heard this – oh, this Young Master was quite arrogant!
Just as the Young Master was about to attack, Xing suddenly raised her hand.
“Don’t rush! Let us decide who fights you.”
Then, Xing pulled the girls into a circle, discussing who would fight the Young Master.
After some discussion, they decided to let Xing fight. This arrogant, powerful Young Master needed to be taught a lesson by Xing.
“Heavenly Fire! Unsheathe!”
