## Chapter 39: Bane Bat-Dragon

“Solomon Grundy… born on Monday.”

The large zombie murmured:

“Christened on Tuesday!”

Then his voice gradually rose:

“Married on Wednesday!”

One punch!

The Bane zombie staggered back three steps under the irresistible force. Each time his feet touched the ground, the soggy, slippery swamp exploded like a landmine buried in the earth.

“What’s going on, this guy’s strength…”

Solomon Grundy stretched out his arms, pressing down on the Bane zombie with the gray-white muscles of his arms that extended past his knees, attempting to push him back. But the Bane zombie only stumbled, then planted both feet firmly in the ground.

Grundy pushed twice, but couldn’t budge him.

So he said:

“Grundy… feels angry!”

The gray-white large zombie roared to the sky, wrapping his arms around the Bane zombie’s waist: “Solomon Grundy… angry angry!”

Boom!

The two behemoths roared and rolled, tumbling in the mud. Decaying trees fell one after another, and numerous animals infected by the Black Rot gathered towards the direction of their fight, fearless and swarming onto Solomon Grundy, but unable to cause any damage to the large zombie’s copper skin and iron bones.

The Bane zombie waved his hands, dispersing those animals and sending them towards Deathstroke and Cheshire.

“Grundy angry! Angry! Ang…”

Then he felt himself being hugged.

The muddled-minded large zombie looked at the Bane zombie’s gray-white eyes in a daze.

“Having fun beating him up? Now it’s my turn.”

The next second, Solomon Grundy felt the world spinning, as if the whole world was upside down.

Bang!

He was planted headfirst into the ground, and then the Bane zombie grabbed his feet and pulled him out of the earth like a plow. Dirt flew into the air.

The huge muscle monster sat on top of Solomon Grundy, repeatedly slamming his fists into his face. It was like hammering a piece of iron, his fists like iron hammers, slowly deforming the iron.

Muscles tore, bones broke. Bruce could almost see the broken bone spurs protruding from the muscles on the Bane zombie’s arms, but there was no pain on his face, and no blood flowed from the wounds.

Soon, Grundy stopped moving.

The Bane zombie stood up from the large zombie’s scarred body and looked at Bruce and the others.

Click.

Poison Ivy swallowed the Swamp Thing’s tuber. Everyone’s eyes were drawn to Poison Ivy driving the giant plant monster and the wooden dragon, no one noticed Bruce quietly backing away and hiding behind a large tree.

Robin was waiting for him there, his face a picture of terror, a grappling hook gun in his right hand and a piece of Bane’s dropped mask in his left.

“I got the thing, Batman, but…”

Bruce didn’t continue talking to Robin, he held the few pieces of tattered fabric tightly.

【Bane Bat】

【Danger level: D+】

Bruce realized there were sub-categories like plus and minus for this danger level.

【In a certain dark multiverse, Batman, defeated by Bane, decided to become his enemy, wear the clothes of his nemesis, and use his nemesis’ power. He succeeded. In the end, Batman won.

However, when you gaze into the abyss, the abyss also gazes into you. When you fight a dragon too long, you will become a dragon yourself.

But Bruce, who had defeated Bane, had become accustomed to Bane’s way of thinking. He tried to imitate his nemesis as much as possible, but in the process he lost his Batman self and bottom line, eventually becoming something that resembled neither Bane nor Batman.】

“Sync.”

“Batman, I don’t know what you need this thing for, Poison Ivy can’t deal with Bane at all, she…”

Tim’s words were cut off as he saw Batman silently bowing his head.

“Batman?”

First from the mask, white strands of fabric began to emerge from the tip of Batman’s mask, with silver-white glow, like a strand of dust from a bright moon falling to the mortal world.

Bane’s iconic white skull mask appeared on Batman’s mask, overlapping with his pointy ears, becoming a coexisting fusion of each other, no longer distinguishable.

Then, the dark green Titan Toxin pipes were painted in silver-white particles from the air on Batman’s back neck. The improved toxin was pushed, rushed, roared, and whined and rejoiced, pouring into Batman’s body.

Muscles expanded, height grew. Tim stepped back, his voice trembling: “So, Bruce, is this your new power? Because of that piece of Bane’s cloth? It’s not scientific.”

He whispered, “And I’ve seen magic… it’s not magic either!”

The pressure was sharp and surging like a waterfall falling from the top of a cliff, overwhelming Tim’s nerves. It was the natural threat of this body radiating outwards.

A sense of familiarity returned, the threat he had felt when facing the martial arts master Batman, the panic of having all his martial arts moves seen through.

Tim vaguely remembered that Batman had the ability to instill great fear in others, even the closest people would be frightened by him…

Because he is…

The Batman that makes people feel helpless and unable to resist like children!

And now – this Batman, has mastered the toxin!

However, it’s not over yet.

Bruce took a deep breath.

Dragon.

Dinosaur.

That massive body, sharp teeth.

Bruce imagined it wholeheartedly.

Car.

Off-road vehicle, Bigfoot off-road vehicle.

With huge tires, nitrous oxide injectors, and the sharp steel spikes on the tires.

All of this was clear in his mind, like the moon reflected in well water.

First, his legs, his feet curled and twisted, turned into rubber in an unconventional way.

The dinosaur’s green scaly skin began to appear on his left arm, then spread to his palm, sharp claws piercing the kind of gloves only Bane would wear.

Bruce opened his mouth, his cheeks gradually lengthened, his mask and pointed bat hood also lengthened, wrapping his upper face, exposing his exaggerated jawline.

Sharp fangs grew, and the bottles behind him gurgled, supplying venom.

In Tim’s eyes, whose heart had almost stopped beating, a giant green Bane dinosaur, eight to nine meters tall, with muscles all over its body, roared to the sky. It turned its rubber tires that replaced its feet, swung its tail, crushed several towering trees, then turned, leaped into the air, causing a gale, rolling with wind and clouds, and charged towards the battlefield at lightning speed!
